For the past decade, I have helped families and individuals make positive, sustainable health changes. I have a great passion for helping my clients feel better by helping them develop a positive and balanced relationship with food.

Some of my specialties include:

Children and Infants: Many parents have concerns about their child’s nutrition, including fears that they are over-eating, under-eating, or not eating a wide variety of foods (“picky” eaters). I work with families to address these concerns and give parents the support and tools they need to raise a healthy, balanced eater.

Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women: I offer support and guidance to women, helping them to optimize their nutrition intake while pregnant, breastfeeding, or while in their postpartum stage. I believe that empowering women to nurture their bodies during this important stage of life is crucial to creating and sustaining healthy babies from the womb out.

Chronic Conditions: I work with adults to help them create healthy, sustainable dietary changes that help my clients manage high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and blood sugar concerns (pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, or gestational diabetes). My approach is to help clients build a healthy and balanced relationship with food that will create long-term success. Healthy change doesn’t have to feel restrictive!

When I am not at work, I enjoy doing outdoor activities. I love to run, spend time with my family, my husband, and my son.

I’m currently accepting new clients. I can meet with clients in-person at our Central Austin location or virtually via video chat.
